Real estate, yoga, and beer…

I’m Caitlin. Denverite, Realtor®, mom, dog mom, yoga teacher and practitioner, beer lover, amateur gardener, semi-voracious reader, and mid-century modern fan. I love this city, this state, and all of the opportunities we have here. 

After many years working as a paralegal and legal assistant, and with the benefit of the significant personal growth that came from teaching yoga in my free time, in 2017, I decided that it was time for a career change. I knew real estate was my future when, after speaking with friends and family in the business, I realized that building and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships – with both clients and fellow professionals – is one of the most important qualities a realtor can have. 

I’ve worked with a lot of first-time homebuyers, and I really enjoy being able to educate them about the real estate process, which can seem scary and confusing and opaque to someone who has never been through it before. I get to guide them, to set their expectations, to make sure they know that they have an advocate through all of the unknowns – and most importantly, get them into a home! Buying a house can mean so many things – stability, family, financial independence, building wealth – and I get to be a part of it. I’m very proud of that.
